GoNex Technologies, Inc. ("GoNex") operates a technology platform that connects riders with independent professional drivers. GoNex does not own vehicles, employ drivers, or provide transportation services directly.

Drivers using the GoNex platform are independent contractors responsible for their own vehicles, conduct, and compliance with applicable laws. GoNex is not a transportation carrier and does not act as an agent for any driver or rider.

Transportation services available through the GoNex platform vary by city, region, and time of day. GoNex operates in select markets and is actively expanding, but does not guarantee that the platform or its services will be available in any specific location, at any specific time, or for any specific trip.

Availability may be affected by local regulations, driver supply, demand, weather, traffic, and other conditions outside our reasonable control.

The GoNex platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. GoNex does not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Scheduled maintenance, software updates, technical issues, third-party outages, and events beyond our reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability or degraded performance. GoNex is not responsible for any inconvenience, loss, or damage resulting from such interruptions.

Fare estimates shown in the GoNex app are estimates only and may differ from the final amount charged. Final fares are calculated based on actual trip distance, duration, route, waiting time, applicable taxes and tolls, and demand-based pricing in effect at the time of the trip.

During periods of high demand, pricing may be higher than the standard rate. Any surge or dynamic pricing will be disclosed before you confirm a ride. GoNex is not liable for fare differences caused by route changes, traffic, or rider-requested stops.

Riders are responsible for reviewing and verifying all trip details before, during, and after a trip. This includes:

• Confirming the driver's name, photo, and vehicle details shown in the app match the driver and vehicle at pickup
• Verifying pickup and drop-off addresses
• Confirming the route taken and the fare charged
• Reviewing the trip receipt for accuracy

GoNex is not responsible for losses caused by failure to verify these details, including entering an incorrect vehicle, providing inaccurate addresses, or leaving personal belongings in a vehicle.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GoNex and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, lost profits, lost data, or any damages arising from acts or omissions of drivers, riders, or third parties.

GoNex does not warrant the conduct of any user of the platform and is not liable for incidents that occur before, during, or after a trip. All claims related to a trip, including disputes between riders and drivers, are between those parties.

This disclaimer should be read together with the Limitation of Liability section of our Terms & Conditions, which forms part of your agreement with GoNex.

Your safety matters. GoNex strongly recommends the following practices for everyone using the platform.

For riders:

• Verify the driver, vehicle make, model, license plate, and photo before entering the vehicle
• Wait for your ride in a safe, well-lit location
• Use the in-app trip sharing feature to share your trip status with a trusted contact
• Wear a seatbelt at all times during the trip
• Report any safety concerns through the app immediately

For drivers:

• Follow all traffic laws and local regulations
• Keep your vehicle clean, well-maintained, and in safe operating condition
• Verify rider identity before starting a trip
• Take regular breaks and do not drive while fatigued
• Report any incidents or safety concerns through the driver app

The GoNex platform may include or rely on services provided by third parties, including mapping and navigation providers, payment processors, identity verification vendors, telecommunications providers, and app store platforms. GoNex does not control these third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, content, or practices.

Your use of any third-party service is governed by that party's terms and privacy policy, not by GoNex. We encourage you to review those terms before using any third-party service.
