GoNex Safety & Community Guidelines

GoNex Technologies Inc. (“GoNex”) is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, professional, and trustworthy environment for users, riders, drivers, businesses, independent providers, and platform participants. These Safety & Community Guidelines apply to all users accessing or using the GoNex platform, applications, website, and related services.
1. Respectful Conduct
All users and providers are expected to behave respectfully and professionally.
Prohibited behavior includes:
- Harassment
- Threats or intimidation
- Discrimination
- Abusive language
- Violence or aggressive conduct
- Hate speech
- Sexual misconduct
GoNex maintains zero tolerance for harmful or abusive behavior.
2. Safety Expectations
Users and providers should prioritize safety at all times.
- Follow local laws and regulations
- Maintain awareness during interactions
- Use accurate account information
- Report suspicious activity immediately
- Avoid unsafe or illegal conduct
Users should exercise personal judgment when participating in services facilitated through the Platform.
3. Emergency Situations
In emergencies, users should immediately contact local emergency services.
GoNex is not an emergency response provider and cannot guarantee immediate intervention during emergencies.
Examples of emergencies include:
- Violence or threats
- Medical emergencies
- Unsafe driving behavior
- Criminal activity
- Dangerous situations
4. Fraud Prevention
Fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited.
Examples include:
- Fake accounts
- Identity fraud
- Payment fraud
- False service requests
- Manipulation of pricing or transactions
- Unauthorized account use
GoNex may suspend or permanently remove accounts involved in suspected fraud.
5. Driver & Provider Responsibilities
Independent providers using the Platform are expected to:
- Maintain lawful eligibility where required
- Provide accurate documentation
- Operate responsibly and professionally
- Maintain safe vehicles or equipment where applicable
- Follow community standards
Independent providers remain responsible for their own conduct and operational compliance.
6. User Responsibilities
Users accessing the Platform agree not to:
- Use the Platform unlawfully
- Provide false information
- Engage in abusive conduct
- Damage vehicles or property
- Attempt to bypass platform systems
- Harass providers or support staff
7. Reporting Safety Concerns
Users may report safety concerns, harassment, fraud, or policy violations to:

8. Account Suspension & Enforcement
GoNex reserves the right to investigate and take action against accounts that violate these Guidelines.
Actions may include:

- Restricted platform access
- Fraud investigations
- Legal reporting where required
9. Platform Monitoring
GoNex may use technology, verification systems, communication tools, analytics, and internal review processes to maintain platform integrity and safety.
Certain activities may be reviewed for fraud prevention, abuse prevention, operational integrity, and compliance purposes.
10. Third-Party Providers
Services requested through the Platform may be performed by independent third-party providers.
GoNex does not directly control independent provider conduct, vehicle conditions, licensing, or operational behavior unless otherwise explicitly stated.
11. Community Integrity
GoNex seeks to maintain a professional, respectful, and safe digital ecosystem for all platform participants.
Users and providers are expected to contribute positively to the platform environment and community standards.
12. Changes to These Guidelines
GoNex may update these Guidelines periodically to improve safety, operational integrity, compliance, or user experience.
Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Guidelines.
